The times we meet are :-

Sunday 10.00 a.m. - Steady Run - 6 to 10 Miles
Everyone is welcome, we are always pleased to see new faces.
The club also meet on Tuesday evenings at 6.00 p.m. at The Lake in Llandrindod Wells - Winter training combines hill reps, speed, intervals, summer training is mainly cross country, suitable for all.
Sunday Training Runs.
There has been a perception that the Sunday runs are for quicker runners who want to do longer runs. This is not true. Sunday runs are social runs for runners of all standards and nobody will left behind on their own. If there are runners running at different paces on a hill for example they will all regroup at the top with everyone getting a chance for a 'breather'. There is now a form on the notice board giving details of the course, length and leader - if you fancy leading a group on a Sunday give it a go and insert details under the date you wish to organise the run.
This weeks Training - 14/5/12
-
Tuesday - Meet up at the Lake, Llandrindod at 6pm. Assume an off road.
-
Thursday - Meet at the Leisure Centre, Rhayader at 6.30pm. Assume off road unless the weather suggests otherwise.
-
Sunday 20th May - Meet at the Elan Valley Visitor Centre at 9am or in Smithfields car park at 8.50am for those wishing to car share. This will be a circular route of approx 10 mile (on and off-road). Assume it will be coffee and cakes back at the centre afterwards. It will probably take us around 2 - 2 1/2 hours as some sections are quite hilly.
